Do you ship both branded and generic pills?

Yes, we ship both of them.

What is a generic drug?

Generic drugs are cheaper versions of expensive brand-name medicines. They have the same active ingredients and efficiency. Generics are manufactured by licensed companies when the brand-name medication’s patent expires.

Do you ship only in Canada?

No. Merrian Pharmacy ships to most worldwide countries.

How much is shipping?

The shipping fee may vary depending on the delivery option you opt for, the destination, and the drugs you order. To find out the shipping fee, please add the necessary items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

What shipping methods do you use?

We currently use 2 shipping methods. EMS (trackable courier service) usually takes 5 – 9 days. Regular Airmail service (mail delivery, non-trackable) usually takes 14 – 21 days. Please read our Shipping Policy to get more details.

Can you guarantee confidentiality?

Yes. We understand that some of our customers would like to remain anonymous. That is why we ship medications in opaque packages without any inscriptions about what is inside.

What if the package is damaged or the order arrives incomplete?

Such cases are extremely rare. If this happens, you should to contact us and notify of the problem. We will either reship the medications or offer you a full refund. See our Money-Back Guarantee for more information.

Will I have to pay for a reshipment?

No. We will resend the drugs free of charge.

What if I did not receive my order within the promised period?

If you did not receive your meds during the specified delivery time, we will reship the drugs free of charge or offer you a refund.

How to place an order online?

Choose the product, add it to the shopping cart, select the quantity and dosage, and proceed to checkout. Then fill in the information required and submit your order. For more details, please visit our How to Order page.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering.

Can I check the status of my order?

Tracking is possible if you’ve chosen the EMS delivery option. You can check the status of your order on our website through the Track Order option.

What payments does Merrion Pharmacy accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Discover) and also e-checks.

When will you charge my credit card?

As soon as you submit your order, the information is transmitted to our processing center where it is checked. If everything is ok, the credit card is charged. As soon as the payment is authorized, we approve and process your order.
